Vote Marion Strongest Town!
Go to www.StrongestTown.com and vote for Marion every week.
Marion is one of only 16 communities across North America to be selected for this year’s Strongest Towns Contests. If we’re going to win this thing, it will be an all-hands-on-deck effort. Here’s what you can do:
- Go to www.StrongestTown.com and vote for Marion every week. It’s a single-elimination, head-to-head bracket system, so get ready for our own March Madness.
- Tell everyone you know to do the same, especially if they are not from Marion
- Marion is the only city in Ohio to make it into the contest. If you have any institutional, media, or influencer contacts around the state, encourage them to Vote Ohio – Vote MARION.
- Take to social media to share the message. Here’s a graphic you can use.
- Print the
Strongest Town posters and hang them around your office and ask businesses, churches, and others to do the same. Also ask them to share on social media, their websites, and on any signage or marquee they may have.
- If you or anyone else is on the fence about voting for Marion, check out our op-ed in The Star or NewsForce24/7 in defense of Marion’s claim to be the Strongest Town.
- Tell your story. Take to whatever channel of communication you prefer and using the hashtag #MarionStrong in your own brief words, answer one of two questions:
- What is it that makes Marion strong?
- What do YOU do that makes Marion strong?
Thank you for spreading the word and sharing the many ways our schools and others make our community strong!
