Livestock Quality Assurance February 27th

FFA Hosting Livestock Quality Assurance on February 27th.

Livestock Quality Assurance will be held at Elgin in the community room on Friday, February 27. If a student is planning to attend, they must fill out the form. Each student planning to attend must complete the form so that a certificate of attendance is ready for pick up at the conclusion of the session. It is the responsibility of the student to report to the community room during the assigned time on February 27. If there is a school delay on February 27, the session will be cancelled and rescheduled for a different date in the future.

We are proud to announce that Elgin Local Schools are partnering with Muskingum Ohio Valley Educational Service Center to provide driver's training.  If you are a student or a parent of a student who has already received their driving permit, this program is for you.

March Mutt Madness at Elgin Local Schools

Elgin High School Student Council is excited to announce our first ever District Wide Community Service Project! 

During the month of March, students in Elementary, Middle, and High School are collecting items to donate to the Marion Area Humane Society!

Week 1: Donate cat or dog food of any kind. 

Week 2: Donate pet toys of any kind.

Week 3: Donate cat or dog treats of any kind.

The winning classes will receive a visit with animals from the Marion Area Humane Society!
