In order to get started, parents should have received an email that contained a link to create the FinalForms account for Elgin. If you are a parent of an Elgin student and you have not received your account information, go to https://elgin-oh.finalforms.com/ and select "Login" under "Parent" then select "Never logged in?". Put in the email you used for your student. Proceed from there. If you still are not successful, please submit a FinalForms Parent Account Request.
