Dear Elgin Community,
I would like to thank the students, families and staff of Elgin Middle School for navigating this past school year successfully. Moving forward, we at Elgin Middle School are excited for what we hope to be a more normal 2021-2022 school year. I hope that all of you have had a fantastic summer up to this point. Enjoying fun-filled time with family and friends.
Your partnership and support are important to ensure that we are able to maximize each student’s educational and personal development. To that end, we encourage a positive home-school relationship based on the mutual goal of providing the best learning experience possible for all of our students. Our dedicated and talented faculty brings a diverse set of pedagogy to address a variety of student learning styles.
The first opportunity for collaboration will be during the Student Schedule Distribution Day in Mid-August. The specific date(s) and time(s) will be announced through using our website, our all-call system to parents and sending it to our students through their email. This will allow all students to review their schedule, ask any questions to our staff on hand and visually navigate their schedule. This day will also be an opportunity to make sure all necessary forms and required materials are up to date for the state of Ohio and Elgin Local School District. We will make sure that access to Final Forms is available during this time but we encourage you to complete and update forms before attending the Schedule Distribution Day.
Elgin Middle School is here to support you and your family as we start the 2021-2022 school year.
