Cocoa, Peanut Butter & Oat Clusters

1 cup old-fashioned oats
3 T. milk
3 T. butter
3 T. brown sugar
1 T. unsweetened cocoa powder
3 T. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 T. raisins

Directions: Line a baking sheet with wax paper and set aside. Place oats in a large bowl. In a medium saucepan, heat milk and butter over medium heat. When the butter is melted, whisk in brown sugar and cocoa powder. Stir continuously while you bring the mixture to a boil. Lower the heat and continue cooking the sauce for 1 minute. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in peanut butter, vanilla and raisins. Immediately pour the sauce over the oats and stir well until the oats are completely covered in sauce. Using a small spoon, scoop mixture onto the baking sheet in clusters and allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
