1 cup baby pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1/2 cup sliverd almonds
1/4 cup plus 2 T. raw sunflower seeds
3 T pure maple syrup
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Directions - Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
In a medium bowl, toss the pumpkin seeds, almonds, and sunflower seeds and the syrup until evenly coated. Spread the nuts and seeds out in an even layer on the lined baking sheet. Bake the nuts, stirring after 10 minutes, until just golden brown. about 20 minutes.
Cool the nuts on the pan, then add the cranberries & nuts in a bowl, and toss to combine. Store cooled trail mix in an airtight container at room temperature.
