Cheese Bombs

1 tube buttermilk biscuit

block of mozzarella cheese

2 TB stick butter

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 dash Garlic salt

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400

2.  Melt butter in microwave (about 30 seconds)

3.  Add Italian seasoning to butter.  Stir and set aside

4.  Cut cheese into cubes of about 1 inch.  (needs to be covered by dough)

5.  Open biscuit.  Wrap 1 cube of cheese with 1 biscuit making sure that chees it totally covered then pinch bottom of dough together. 

6. Place pinched side of dough on cookie sheet.  Bake 8-10 minutes or until biscuit is golden brown

7. Remove from oven and immediately brush on butter/seasoning mixture. Be generous with butter covering.

8.  Eat while hot.
