Homemade noodles


2 c flour

3 eggs

1/2 Tablespoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper


1. put 2 cups flour in bowl or on clean surface.  

2. make a divet in flour that is in bowl..

3.  Put 3 eggs into the "bowl" on top of flour.

4.  Add 1/2 tablespoon salt and 1/2 tsp pepper to "bowl" and stir salt and pepper into flour

5. Carefully use fork to gently stir the flour into the egg gradually mixing the egg and  the flour.

6.  When egg and flour are mixed into a ball, spread flour onto clean surface and using a rolling pin, roll a small ball of dough to approximately 1/8 inch thick strip moving dough periodically to keep dough from ssticking to rolling surface.  (You may need to lightly dust the dough with flour)

7.  Lightly dust dough with flour then starting at one edge, roll dough until you have a log.  

8.  Use knife to cut dough into noodles about 1/4 inch thick.  

9.  Unroll noodles and place in a pile.  Continue until all dough is rolled, cut and unrolled.

10.  Noodles may be used immediately or put in refrigerator or even frozen

Noodles may be cooked in any type of broth
