1 cup Bisquick
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Mix Bisquick, milk & cheese until soft dough forms. Drop by 5-7 spoonfuls on un-greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 450 degrees until golden brown. Mix melted butter or margarine & garlic powder. Brush over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet.
This recipe is easy to double, triple, etc. for large dinners. They taste amazing right out of the oven. Keep them warm until you serve them by wrapping them up in aluminum foil.
